You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.
4. Google Sign-In, Google APIs, and YouTube Integration
Certain NMCC website tools or administrative features may allow authorized users to connect a Google account. When this happens, we may receive limited account information and authorization credentials necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Depending on the feature used, we may collect or process:
- Basic Google account information, such as name, email address, and profile identifier
- OAuth authorization tokens
- YouTube channel or account identifiers
- Content or metadata necessary to upload or manage videos that an authorized user chooses to publish
We use this information only for the specific purpose for which access was granted, such as:
- Authenticating an authorized user
- Connecting an authorized Google or YouTube account to NMCC’s publishing tools
- Uploading videos or related content to a connected YouTube channel
- Maintaining or troubleshooting that integration
We do not use Google user data obtained through these APIs for selling data, advertising purposes, or creating user profiles unrelated to the requested feature.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you authorize NMCC’s systems to access your Google account, you may revoke that access at any time through your Google account security and third-party access settings. If access is revoked, some connected features may stop working until authorization is restored.
YouTube API Services
If NMCC uses YouTube API Services through its website or related tools, those services are subject to Google’s and YouTube’s applicable terms and policies. By using a feature that connects to YouTube, you acknowledge that such integration may rely on YouTube API Services to upload or manage content authorized by the connected account.
5. Facebook / Meta Integration
NMCC may also use Facebook or Meta tools for features such as login, page connection, content publishing, or related communications workflows.
If an authorized user connects a Facebook or Meta account, we may receive:
- Basic profile information
- Page or account identifiers
- Access tokens or authorization credentials
- Information necessary to publish or manage content authorized by that user
We use this information only for the purpose of providing the feature requested by the user, such as authenticating access or publishing approved content to a connected Facebook page or account.
We do not sell this data and do not use it for unrelated advertising or profiling. Any Facebook or Meta data we receive is handled in accordance with applicable platform terms and this Privacy Policy.
6. Donations and Payment Processing
If you choose to make a donation or payment through our website, you may be directed to an external payment or church management platform, including Breeze ChMS (Tithely Church Management). NMCC does not directly collect or store your full payment card information on its website. Payment and donation transactions submitted through that external platform are processed according to the privacy, security, and data-handling practices of that provider. We encourage you to review Breeze ChMS’s privacy policy and terms before submitting payment or personal information through its platform.
